Chelsea target Danny Drinkwater as Nemanja Matic replacement
Leicester City's Premier League-winning midfielder Danny Drinkwater is a target for champions Chelsea, Sky Sports reports.
It says the England international is one of the midfield possibilities -- also including Bayern Munich's Renato Sanches -- being considered by coach Antonio Conte.
Chelsea, who sold Nemanja Matic to Manchester United this week, "have already brought in Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco but want to add another midfielder," the report adds.
But it notes that Leicester "are under no pressure to sell Drinkwater and he is not for sale, having signed a new four-year contract last summer."
